Trauma-informed training, reflective supervision and ethically grounded workforce support.

About AWE Training and Support

AWE Training and Support provides trauma-informed training, reflective supervision and capacity-building services for professionals working across Community Services, Disability, Education and Allied Health sectors.

Our work is grounded in Community Work Australia (CWA) values and aligned with NDIS Practice Standards, with a strong focus on ethical practice, relational safety, professional boundaries and sustainable workforce wellbeing.

We support individuals, teams and organisations working in complex, high-demand environments to strengthen reflective capacity, professional integrity and emotionally sustainable practice.

How We Work

AWE Training and Support works from a trauma-informed, relational and ethically grounded framework, recognising the impact of trauma, adversity and systemic pressure on both individuals and the workforce that supports them.

Our approach is informed by Community Work Australia (CWA) ethical principles, reflective practice frameworks and NDIS Practice Standards, with an emphasis on:

  • Relational safety and trust

  • Clear professional boundaries

  • Ethical decision-making

  • Reflective capacity and emotional sustainability

We prioritise practice-based learning and reflective dialogue over prescriptive or compliance-only models, supporting practitioners and organisations to respond thoughtfully and ethically within real-world complexity.
